Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for digital products after they have been downloaded, accessed, or used, unless required by law or under the conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product.

  • You did not receive access to the product after purchase.

  • The product is defective or not as described.

  • A valid technical issue prevents access or usability, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time frame.

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@jonathanreeves-cad.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Unauthorised Transactions

If you suspect that your account or payment method was used without authorization, please contact us and your payment provider immediately. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
